Where would i find the real prioces of new cars that dealetrs pay?
There are many websites that show the dealer invoice prices of any vehicle. Any manufacturer incentives will come off this price and can change monthly. Subtract from that 3% for dealer "holdback" to find true cost. However, they will never sell a car at that price unless it is purple with pink polka dots and has been on their lot for two years? But at least you then have a general idea of what kind of profit is in the deal? Excluding of course, finance commissions, GAP commissions, extended warranties and dealer options (bling).
Custom wheels and tires added by the dealer are usually marked up 100%. If you want custom wheels, buy them yourself after the car transaction from a tire dealer and save big.
